When ordering:

Each of our leather goods are custom made TO ORDER. At this time, we do not keep many of these unique leather goods in stock as many of our orders ask for additional customization. By keeping our stock supply down, we are able to offer these great quality products at low rates. Every order is made IN THE ORDER IT IS RECEIVED. This could cause your CUSTOM order to be delayed.

All NON-LEATHER products are kept in stock at all times and will ship within 1-3 days.

When you place your order allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. All products are now shipped via United States Postal Service or United States Postal Service International. The only exception, at this time, is if we are shipping to a Merchant or Customer who may ask us to ship on their shipping service account. All Merchants or Customers desiring this service must place all orders via email at info@scriptfolio.net.

We ship each order AS IT IS COMPLETED. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks or have not received notice of it shipping by the sixth week, contact us at info@scriptfolio.net.

Lastly, I stand 150% behind each of my orders and products. If you ever have a concern about your order I will do everything within reason to keep you satisfied. Did I mention that each leather made product comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY?

What is the difference between Saddle and Italian leather?

Our saddle leather is manufactured from US hide, which is a stiffer and more durable leather - a great choice for outdoor uses. This type of leather is used mostly in saddles, boots, bridles, belts, and more. Italian leather is a more luxurious and supple hide, which makes it the ultimate choice for corporate, production, or personal gift giving. Every Italian hide is hand glazed in Rome, Italy and is imported to the US. This leather choice comes in a wide range of colors, unlike Saddle. To view available colors, click HERE.

What are Specialty Leathers?

Specialty leathers are acquired at ‘one-time’ opportunities when we shop for leather. These leathers are usually over runs from expensive custom orders or become available from private sources. The leathers are selected by their individual attributes – looks that offer our customers unique choices. These leathers come in limited quantities and are only available while supplies last. After their gone, we’ll never see them again. Specialty leathers are limited and costly, therefore sold at additional rates.

Where are ScriptFOLIO products made?

Our leather ScriptFOLIO products are proudly manufactured in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; USA by “Old World” craftsmanship. Other products featured on our website, offer professionals great tools for their ‘on the go’ use and are made in the USA. With the exception of our fine Italian or unique specialty leathers or custom orders, all of our products are American Made.

What do you mean by “Old World” craftsmanship?

The great folks involved with our hand made products have an extensive knowledge of leather making processes. Their insight and honed skills from years of leather making experience is extremely important in our designs. Their leather craftsmanship is further enhanced through the use of unique hand tools and machines no longer available to manufacturers, as some date to the 1830’s!

Why is my leather ScriptFOLIO product so stiff?

Products manufactured from saddle leathers are naturally stiff. The leather is BRAND NEW and hasn’t been worked in or conformed to your personal use yet. Given time, saddle leather will patina from the oils in your hands and become more pliable with use. Italian leather is naturally soft and flexible.

What are range markings?

Unlike store-bought leather goods, we strive to enhance our products with the natural beauty inherent to leather. Each hide features its own wrinkles, scars, and markings from life on the open range, making it naturally unique and more desirable. Some of these markings are further enhanced by the addition of dyes and pigments during the manufacturing process. We don’t hide these ‘flaws’ and go out of our way to offer leathers that have character. As a result, our products may seem ‘rustic’ to those not familiar with the true nature of leather hide. But each piece is manufactured from strong durable hides, guaranteeing QUALITY, VALUE, and LONGEVITY. Occasionally we receive requests from customers to include the cattle brand, which is often found on the hides we receive from the tannery. What a great addition to an already unique product!

Can I customize my ScriptFOLIO?

ABSOLUTELY! An example would be our popular ScriptFOLIO, which comes with an optional belt clip or additional interior scalloped business card pocket. In addition, all of our leather products can be custom embossed with your corporate, film & television production, or personal logos. We also offer initial embossing for $2 per letter. Each letter is in Arial Font and apprx. 1 inch high. This embossing can replace our logo on the exterior business pocket or is added to the right of the Sharpie exterior pocket. Custom logo embossing will require a one-time setup charge of $150.00 per logo. Once the debossing plate is manufactured, it will be kept on hand for the years ahead, allowing you to add your logo to the same product again for only $5 per piece.
